We interviewed CS after a referral, along with a larger known pool company in the area. There was a comfortable feeling and honesty about the CS family that won us over. This proved critical as they designed and built our pool in a small yard, and dealt with the permits and problems. They are honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and very good people! They are always there when we need them, and created a beautiful pool and deck. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool!

I just wanted to give a HUGE recommendation to the Crystal Springs Custom Pool Company. Not only did they provide such a fast and convenient service, but their effort and quality towards building our pool has been beyond amazing. I have had the best experience with the owner. Whatever he promises, he follows through with immediately. If anyone is interested in building a pool in the future, definitely recommend going through this company!

We had our pool put in by Crystal Springs over a year ago, and I purposefully waited to post a review because, while all may look great at first, I wanted to see the entire process, including post-installation issues and service. First, the entire design and construction process could not have been any better. We got the design we wanted, and they added helpful suggestions as the design progressed that made it much better. Their long experience shone through in the good advice they gave us. The construction was top-tier, no long delays, and owner was there every day overseeing every single aspect of the construction. The beautiful pool was finished very timely and there were no major issues. Any problems that came up were dealt with quickly and personally, they didn't tell us to call someone else. Over a year later, owner still comes out personally to fix whatever minor problems I encounter.



In summary, I have done business with hundreds of companies over my career and my life, and this project was one of the most pleasant, top-quality, excellent value, and superb service that I have seen. You won't get much in the way of slick presentation, glossy brochures, or hype like that. You will get a great pool and a great experience at a reasonable price, from a company run by very honest and decent people. I doubt you won't be sorry if you go with Crystal Springs Pools.

Best pool company!

From any experience building something, the outcome hinges on working with someone who knows what they are doing, you trust them, and they care about you and what you want. All of these things could not be more true about Crystal Springs Pools. I'm typically hesitant to make recommendations, but I would not hesitate with them as I know the experience will be positive for anyone they work with.

As the saying goes "Building a pool will be the best experience or the worst experience of your life" We had interviewed 6 different pool builders, fiber glass, in ground, above ground, it was a learning experience! We discovered that in Texas you do not need to be licensed to be a pool installer, so the majority of the pool companies we interviewed sub contracted all of the work! This was not the case with Crystal Springs Pools, they are family owned, were reasonably priced and were here every day as promised and on time. Owner was on the job every day and his attention to detail was over the top. If you want the best experience installing a pool hire Crystal Springs Pools.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! The owner and his folks did a great job from design to post installation support. The workmanship is fantastic with a great attention to detail.

The process was well explained and very quick (7 weeks from start to finish). They had crew out here 6 days a week. Crystal Springs also went above and beyond to make sure we got more value and quality than we expected.

Absolute best customer service from a pool contractor I have experienced. Crystal Springs and their employees went above and beyond to construct our pool. Craftsmanship ranging from excavating to showing us how to care for our pool, Crystal Springs Pool company was the entire package. Knowledge of your trade is always a plus, but how you treat your customers goes a long way. A year later and we still get random calls from owner to check in on how our pool is treating us! If you are looking for the perfect contractor, you have found the company for the job.
