Estimate

We’d love to meet you and examine your site. We’ll discuss various pool designs and hear your vision. Our estimates are free and our prices are surprisingly affordable.
Design
Our goal is to design your dream pool. Once we know your vision, we prepare a layout drawing. When the plans are just right, we outline the pool on the ground using paint. When it’s perfect, we apply for a permit to build, if required.
Excavation
Once the layout is approved in the desired location, our excavation crew comes to start digging. This step usually takes a couple of days depending on the ground and weather conditions.
Forms and Steel
We build strong wooden forms to frame the pool. Then we install high-grade ½-inch rebar, using extra steel where necessary, and securely tying it all in place.
Plumbing
Good plumbing keeps your pool going! We dig trenches and install approved Schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings. All piping is pressure tested to ensure that it is perfectly tight with no leaks.
Gunite
This is the major step in your construction process. Now we shoot in gunite, a concrete-based material, to create the shell of your pool. At this stage, it really begins to look like a swimming pool! Gunite is a durable, affordable material and is the industry standard.
Tile and Coping
Our professional mason crew hand-lays the decorative tile you’ve chosen for the perimeter of your pool. We provide a large selection of stone for you to choose from for your coping.
Decking
Our crew is now ready to form the shape of your deck and any planter areas. After the deck is formed, we will schedule the pouring of your deck’s concrete. Finally, once the concrete is poured, we apply the finishing of your choice: stamped deck, a chosen finished product or a natural stone facing.
Pool Equipment and Electrical
We only install the best pool equipment brands: Pentair and Jendy, to make your pool run efficiently. Our electrical crew runs conduit pipes to the equipment area. Also, gas lines, if it applies, should be run to the equipment location. Now your pool is ready for plaster!
Plaster
Finally, your pool is ready to be coated with your choice of plaster material, whether is standard white finish or a Pebble Tec finish. Our crew comes back the following day to do an acid wash, if required. Now we are ready for the big moment—filling the pool with water!
Start-Up and Training
During Start-up, we pour in the initial chemicals that keep your water clean, clear, and sparkling. We set an appointment to give you the maintenance and cleaning tools and to train you on exactly how the equipment and chemicals work.
Swimming
It’s done! Now you and your family can enjoy your new Crystal Springs Custom pool. Put on your favorite bathing suit and jump in!
